We start with an initial consultation to understand your goals, budget, and site conditions. Subsequently, this information is collated to form the project brief. Following a site assessment and measure-up, accurate existing drawings are prepared. From this, conceptual sketches are developed, refined based on your feedback, and further detailed into a set of initial architectural plans. These plans can be used to obtain initial costing information. Additionally, we prepare basic 3D views of the design to help you imagine the spaces.

If the project meets the initial goals and is within budget, the next steps involve engaging consultants. Subsequently, services and the structural design are integrated at this point. Moreover, we work closely with our suppliers to specify materials and also collaborate with the builder to discuss the best construction method. Throughout this process, we work closely with you to expand the basic concept into a functional and buildable design. Finally, the cost estimate is updated to give a conclusion to this phase.

The project is meeting the brief and budget, so here we finalise comprehensive construction documentation for submission to the Council for consent and the builder. Additionally, we assist with the selection of a builder and review of their quotation. Once the price is accepted and the contract signed, we can provide services ranging from basic construction observation to comprehensive construction administration services, monitoring expenditure and ensuring adherence to design standards.
Throughout the build, we proactively search for ways to support the builder to create a build of the highest quality. We conclude the project with a final inspection and closeout, delivering documentation and initiating warranties. Effective communication and attention to detail are important for a successful renovation that enhances your lifestyle. Moreover, we seek to make the entire process a pleasure.
